Sort out St Peters financials
Today St Peter has a lot of capital, but barely make any profits. This isn't sustainable in the long run. I will make St Peter profitable by investing in facilities, renegotiating today's deals and invest in businesses that can both gain revenue for the town and attract tourists.

First step will be to invest in a Water Station. This will save the town 600K per month (or 300K per in game year) with today's population and the savings will only grow with the growing population. Next step is to invest in businesses such as Library and Spa Center.

Make commute to neighboring areas easier
The Prognosis for St Peter shows a lot of residential growth, but not so much growth in the industrial and commercial sector due to an over saturation in Ternat, Zone 1 and Zone 2. A solution for this is to make it easier to commute to these places.

First step is to build a connection to the A3 highway. Next step is to set up public transport such as buses and ferries (both internal and external).
The A3 highway interchange will give St Peter direct access to the highway system via the newly developed areas in the south side of town. The interchange will also provide a more direct road to Bergburg.
On the right you can see a proposed interchange developed our engineering team at KHT. It's based on a partial cloverleaf, but is customized to fit elegantly into the terrain without destroying any of the already existing infrastructure.
Build more leisure
As I mentioned earlier I want to attract more tourists to St Peter, but I also want to make it a better place to live for the locals. I plan to do this by building more parks, plazas and sporting venues etc. to improve our already iconic Town.
Improve education offer
Today St Peter has great coverage for High School, some coverage for Elementary School but no coverage for University students. If I get elected mayor I will increase the Elementary School capacity and possibly also the High School coverage if the projected population boom requires it.

Finally I will talk to the other mayors and the Governor to build a University in the Yellow Hill Region. This will most likely be in Bergburg. After a university is constructed we will make it as easy as possible to commute to from St Peter.
